　　该培养计划是由国务院发展研究中心金融所领导的国际合作高端专业金融人才培训项目，许先生负责该培养计划在全国的组织推广和管理工作。2002年5月，许玉道在国务院发展研究中心创办“国研大讲堂”，任国研大讲堂经理，国研大讲堂的系列主题经济论坛曾在中国主流经济生活中引起较大反响。此前，许玉道先生曾在美国和香港的咨询公司担任分析师和项目经理。许先生现在还任职产融光华董事总经理和产融顾问董事长。许先生持有北京工商大学学士学位和澳大利亚维多利亚大学工商管理硕士学位。

　　David Xu, Director of Chinese Registered Financial Analysts Development Program, which is an International J.V professional talents training project, led by the Financial Research Institute of the Development Research Centre of the State Council. May 2002, David founded “State Research Forum” in the Development Research Centre of the State Council which created a relatively big influence in China. Previously, Mr. Xu had been an Analyst at an American consulting firm and a project manager at a Hong Kong consulting firm. David is still the Managing Director of CIF Consulting and Chairman of Industrial & Financial Advisors Co., which is guided by the Financial Research Institute of DRC.
