国务院发展研究中心金融研究所所长张承惠简介

　　张承惠

　　国务院发展研究中心金融研究所所长

　　经济学博士学位。1994年进入国务院发展研究中心工作，历任宏观经济研究部副研究员、研究室副主任。1998年破格晋升为研究员并任技术经济研究部研究室主任。2002年起任技术经济研究部副部长，2003年2月起任国务院发展研究中心金融研究所副所长,2011年12月起任金融研究所所长。1992.6至1992.12，曾赴日本樱花银行总部进修金融业务。2000年6月－12月，任日本综合研究开发机构（NIRA）客座研究员。

　　Dr. Zhang Chenghui, Director General and Senior Research Fellow of Financial Research Institute, Development Research Center of the State Council(DRC); Deputy Secretary-General of China Society for Finance & Banking; Owns State Council Allowance for Extraordinary Contributions Specialists.

　　Dr. Zhang graduated as Ph.D. of Economics from Graduate School of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS). She started to work with DRC and took the posts of Senior Research Associate and Vice Director of Department of Macroeconomic Research in 1994, and was given an Accelerated Promotion as Senior Research Fellow and Director of Department of Techno-Economic Research in 1998. She held a post as Director General of Department of Techno-Economic Research From 2002, and Deputy Director General of Financial Research Institute Since February 2003.

　　From June 1992 to December 1992，Ms. Zhang went Japan Sakura Bank Headquarters for Advanced Studies in Financial Services. From June 2000 to December 2000，she worked as Visiting Research Fellow of Japan National Institute for Research Advancement (NIRA).
